• The date the earmarked contribution was forwarded to the recipient committee.
• How the contribution was forwarded (by cash, contributor’s check or conduit’s check).
• A statement indicating that the conduit’s limit was also affected, if applicable. 110.6(c)(1)(iv) and (d)(2).
Once direct campaign limits are reached ($2,300 per individual), any additional raised funds will be allocated to MoveOn.org (up to an additional $5,000 per individual) and the Democratic National Committee (up to an additional $28,500 per individual).
Bids and contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
