Hi Jamie-

Great Blog!

I couldn't bring myself to look at the comments on Newsarama. I can only imagine.

I VOTED OVER HERE IN FAKE AMERICA

Yay for Oregon and our early voting capability!

Of course, my relief and excitement at having been able to have my voice heard is tempered with my anger over the nasty things the other side are saying about the rest of us. So, I have a few thinks I wanted to get off my chest, and I went ahead and did so at my blog.

The New Yorker tosses their reasoned endorsement to Obama

"Never in living memory has an election been more critical than the one fast approaching—that’s the quadrennial cliché, as expected as the balloons and the bombast. It features my good friend Lara Michell, who co-wrote and performed the theme song for my comic Love the Way You Love.

Here is the official press release:

"We don't have to go home, but we can't stay here!!!"

It's… Continue

DJ Z-Trip scratches for Obama

Not comics, but a great example of someone using their art to make a statement. And a comics friendly musician, too boot.

http://djztrip.com/obama/

Here is Z-Trip's own statement from his blog:

"Recently, Shepard Fairey and I threw some fundraisers for the Obama campaign. We called them “The Party for Change”. (If you don't know who Shepard is—among many other things—he is the one responsible for the image on the right).

I've been wanting to put the mi… Continue
