I was # 697 at 10:00 am CST. They said there were 1,800 registered to vote at my precinct. The lines were short. It didn't take any time at all.

My 15 year old daughter says that everybody she knows believes that Barack Obama has this election in the bag. I urge everyone to get their friends and family out to vote.

Let's face it -if the election is anything like the primaries there's going to be long lines and we'll need to spend some time waiting.

This is too important to just assume it's going to happen. So get out and vote!

A person on deviantart.com took some kind of personal umbrage to my posting on what I consider an opinion about the direction of this election.

I like Barack Obama. I went to his rally here in Minnesota, I've read his books (a few years ago, not since his campaign began) and I believe he is the leader we need to pull us out of this quagmire we've sunk into. I truly do.
